How Our Refund Policy Works

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Returning the Product:
Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the product and include the RMA number in the return shipment. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Processing the Refund:
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges:
If you prefer, we can also offer an exchange instead of a refund. Please specify this preference when you contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Non-Refundable Items:
